NO GARAGE ACCESS ✖ NO PARTIES/ EVENTS ✖ We truly wish you a wonderful time but out of respect for our neighbors and the safety of our home, we do not allow parties. Please be mindful of quiet hours after 9 pm. With this said, we want you to have a great time! ✖ NO SMOKING ✖ Please refrain from smoking inside the property. Any smoke odor presence will result in a $800 deep cleaning fee. ✖ NO PETS
